- What counts as a PDF?
Each document made in production counts once: an API render, a hosted form submission or an embedded form submission. Test renders in the editor are free, and a workflow run counts as one however many documents it produces.
- Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free gives you everything Mezdoc does, watermarked: 100 documents a month, all editors, templates and workflows, signature fields, share links and embedding, and email support. It stops at 100 a month, so it can never turn into a bill. No card needed.
- What happens if I go over my plan?
Free stops at 100 documents a month. A document is one template render, or one workflow run however many PDF files it returns. Test renders in staging and development do not count. Mezdoc does not automatically charge usage overages. If your workspace reaches its available monthly usage, additional production may be paused until the allowance resets or your plan changes. Billing in the app shows your count against the allowance all month.
- What does annual billing save?
Two months. Annual is ten months' price for twelve: $490 a year for Developer, $1,990 for Growth and $4,990 for Scale, about 17% off.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from Billing in the app. There is no lock-in, and when you cancel you keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. The refund policy covers downgrades and refunds.

Yes, on your first payment. Email billing@mezdoc.com from your account email within 7 days of it and we refund it in full. This applies once per customer.
- When should we talk about Enterprise?
When you regularly need more than 10,000 documents a month, or commercial terms of your own. Enterprise is quoted per contract.
