Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Mezdoc's platform, websites, and APIs (the "Service"). Mezdoc is operated from 8 Ranchod Estate, Nr. Sharda School, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380026, India. By creating an account or sending an API request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must be 16+ and able to enter into a binding contract. You're responsible for the security of your credentials, the actions of users within your organization, and the content you upload.

2. Acceptable use

• No fraud, no impersonation, no generating documents you don't have rights to issue.
• No reverse engineering of the rendering pipeline.
• No abuse of the free tier (multiple accounts to evade limits).
• No content that violates law in the regions you operate.

3. Subscription & fees

Plans are described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of documents, and the Free plan stops at its allowance. Mezdoc does not automatically charge usage overages. If your workspace reaches its available monthly usage, additional production may be paused until the allowance resets or your plan changes. Purchases are made in USD through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: Lemon Squeezy is the seller for your transaction, issues your invoice, and collects and remits any sales tax or VAT that applies. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your content & data

You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant Mezdoc a narrow license to process it solely to provide the Service. We don't train models on your content. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Mezdoc IP

The Service, including the editor, compilers, and documentation, is licensed not sold. The Mezdoc trademark, logo, and product names belong to Mezdoc.

6. Confidentiality & security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit, organization-scoped tenant isolation, hashed API credentials, and an append-only audit log. We hold no third-party security certification at this time; our security page sets out the controls in place.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" except as expressly stated. Mezdoc's aggregate liability is capped at the amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits. If you live somewhere that doesn't, the cap is the maximum permitted by law.

8. Termination

You can cancel any time from the dashboard; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and refunds work. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms after written notice (immediately, in cases of fraud, abuse, or security risk).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, for customers in India and internationally alike.

10. Changes

We'll email administrators at least 30 days before any materially adverse change. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
